On September 28, 2022, BioPharm Laboratories, a leader in blood fractionation products and protein purification, completed its acquisition of shares to take a majority stake in AgraFilms.
The move deepens BioPharm’s strategic support as we advance Dicty-derived anti-biofilm compounds toward scaled manufacturing and field deployment.
